1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gol1x ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gol1x website located at gol1x.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the gol1x platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or clicking "I Agree" during any onboarding step, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the gol1x platform.

gol1x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided via email to the address on your registered account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of gol1x following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

1.1 Related Policies

These Terms should be read together with the following additional policies, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and gol1x:

• Privacy Policy — governing how gol1x collects, stores, and uses your personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — detailing the self-exclusion, deposit limit, and cool-off tools available to players.
• Bonus and Promotion Terms — provided separately for each individual promotion and accessible at the time the offer is presented.
• Game Rules — individual game rules provided by the relevant third-party game provider and accessible within each game interface.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the gol1x platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. gol1x enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all account holders. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally regardless of local laws that may specify a different minimum age.
• You are accessing gol1x as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, organisation, or any other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you are not accessing the platform in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from gol1x or had an account permanently closed by gol1x for any breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

2.1 Jurisdiction Responsibility

gol1x operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. It is each player's sole responsibility to verify whether accessing and using an online gambling platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account. gol1x does not make any representation that its services are legally available in any particular jurisdiction. By using the platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of gol1x services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern the account registration process and ongoing account management.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on gol1x, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify gol1x promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on gol1x at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, gol1x reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed through those accounts, and permanently forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gol1x account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated system to log in to your account. gol1x will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gol1x support immediately at [email protected]. gol1x will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend account access while the investigation is conducted.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

gol1x is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. Accepted identity documents for players in Bangladesh include:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Bangladeshi Passport
• Driving Licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority

In addition to identity documents, gol1x may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) and proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account screen showing your registered mobile number). Document review is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. During the verification period, deposits may be accepted but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your gol1x account at any time by contacting support. If your account holds a withdrawable balance at the time of closure, you may withdraw those funds before the account is closed, subject to KYC verification. gol1x may also close or suspend an account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued account operation poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on gol1x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern the deposit and withdrawal process on the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gol1x supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, each of which is available to players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank

The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. gol1x will notify players of any significant changes to available payment options. Not all payment methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals simultaneously.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on gol1x is ৳100 (one hundred Bangladeshi Taka). There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although gol1x reserves the right to impose account-level or platform-level deposit caps for responsible gaming purposes or in response to risk assessment findings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure payment consistency. Withdrawals to mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes of approval for fully verified accounts. Bank card and bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and five business days depending on the receiving institution.

gol1x does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank, mobile operator, or card network in connection with gol1x transactions.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All player account balances on gol1x are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gol1x does not apply any currency conversion to deposits or withdrawals for Bangladeshi players using local payment methods. The amount you deposit in taka is the amount credited to your account wallet, with no deductions for currency exchange.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

gol1x maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in line with international best practice. gol1x may request additional documentation at any time to verify the source of funds deposited into a player account, particularly where deposits exceed certain thresholds or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in response to a source-of-funds request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

gol1x offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus wallet and are separate from real-money balances until wagering requirements are met.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough") before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the stated validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
• gol1x reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account, but real-money balances will not be affected.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

gol1x actively monitors bonus activity across all player accounts. Actions that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, deliberately exploiting an error in bonus crediting, or sharing bonus funds across accounts — are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gol1x platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your gol1x account; initiating fraudulent chargeback requests on legitimate deposits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format offered on gol1x.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate your account without direct human control.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets on sports events using non-public, privileged, or insider information; participating in or facilitating the fixing of any sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Money Laundering: Using gol1x to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illicit funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the gol1x platform software, game engines, or RNG systems.
• Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward gol1x staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

6.1 Platform Integrity

gol1x employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect suspicious betting patterns, account anomalies, and potential breaches of these Terms. Where a potential violation is identified, gol1x reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant account and any associated withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of all integrity investigations is final and binding on the player concerned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the gol1x platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of gol1x or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gol1x platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the gol1x platform or its content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any gol1x content or software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the platform.
• Use any gol1x trade marks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent from gol1x.

Third-party game content available on gol1x — including games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms. gol1x holds valid distribution agreements with each provider for the provision of their content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gol1x and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the gol1x platform, regardless of the basis of the claim and whether or not gol1x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Service Availability

gol1x makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, internet connectivity issues, and other technical factors may affect platform availability from time to time. gol1x will endeavour to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible, but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made on gol1x are made voluntarily by the player. gol1x provides information, odds, and game interfaces as a convenience but does not offer any guarantee of outcome. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. gol1x is not liable for any financial loss resulting from gambling activity on the platform.

8.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a software error, technical malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in a bet being incorrectly accepted or settled, gol1x reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where a technical error results in the incorrect display of odds or game outcomes, gol1x will correct the error and apply the correct outcome or odds. gol1x's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gol1x holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the gol1x internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
